Dear Customer,

Over the Christmas period our normal delivery schedule is affected.

In order to ensure delivery prior to the holidays, then please note the following:

Last collection date to ensure delivery through the pallet network before Christmas is Thursday 22^nd December. Normal service will resume on Tuesday 3^rd January 2023.

Deliveries through the network can be made on the morning of Saturday 24^th December, however this will attract the Saturday Surcharge + AM delivery surcharge.

Any consignments collected on Friday 23^rd December with a next day or economy service level will be delivered on 3rd January and 4th/5th January respectively.

Deliveries between Christmas and the New Year can be arranged through the network by special arrangement and will incur additional charges. Please be aware, our Scottish TPN partners will resume normal service from 4th January 2023. 

Our general haulage fleet will be available to make deliveries over the festive period, however this will be subject to availability. Any activity between 24th December 2022 and 2nd January 2023 may attract a surcharge. We will have vehicles available, please check with our transport department for availability and confirmation of price.
